Were Hiring: Project Director Location: Calicut, Kerala Firm: SXT Architects Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Oversight o Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria while aligning them with business strategy. o Lead client meetings for presentations, updates, and project closure. o Develop long-term plans and roadmaps to ensure project success. o Provide leadership to project managers and teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and collaboration. o Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of drawings and documents. o Maintain client satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing technical queries. 2. Stakeholder Management o Engage with senior stakeholders, executives, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment. o Manage expectations and negotiate project scope, budgets, and timelines when necessary. 3. Qualifications & Experience o Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) or B.tech /M.tech ,certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Construction Management/MBA are advantageous. o Experience: Minimum of 6 years in architecture, design, or construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects and multidisciplinary team leadership. o Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities, with high proficiency in English for effective communication.
