Role Summary The FP&A Analyst to work closely with the Finance team to help achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include working on KPI tracking, assisting throughout the budget process, maintaining forecasts/reforecasts, gather and validate data for various analytical projects and reporting. This role is based in Hyderabad and is an onsite role. Essential Responsibilities Manage data from disparate systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, Multiple excel files, APIs) and transform into a structured meaningful/usable dataset Able to analyze the structured dataset and should be able to calculate KPIs/Metrics Create dashboards and analytics on PowerPoint slides, Tableau and Power-BI Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly board decks Ad hoc financial and strategic analysis Assist with any ad-hoc analysis on financials, KPIs, open research and market related information Track business unit KPIs and SaaS metrics Regular tracking of business KPIs and metrics Reporting Responsible for accuracy of the financial statements and management reports Ensure smooth month end closing and financial statements preparation Working on detailed P&L analysis and focus on general ledger and vendor level analysis Support any M&A integration or analysis Specialized Experience BBA/MBA with 0-2 years of total experience. Freshers preferred with minimum 6months experience in FP&A and relevant experience can also include: Data Analyst, FP&A, Consulting, or Investor relations Experience, if any, in Software / BPM / B2B / SAAS would be preferred. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and ability to deep dive into processes and systems. Should be pro-active in determining requirements to accelerate automation initiatives in reporting/analytics Superior communication skills (written and verbal). Experience presenting recommendations to an executive level audience. MS office with advanced excel and PowerPoint skills are must Experience in Tableau, Power-BI preferable Should be familiar with GAAP accounting Looking for a go-getter and motivated individual and has strong teamwork skills Work Location: Hyderabad Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from office) Working Hours: 12:30pm to 9.30pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm,
