- Backend Developer (Node.js/MongoDB) | Biztoso Technologies Pvt Ltd Job Overview: We at Biztoso, an innovative social media platform, are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our fast-growing team. You'll be responsible for building and managing scalable backend services that power our platform, ensuring seamless performance for millions of users. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js. Design and implement efficient database schemas using MongoDB. Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile teams to deliver seamless experiences. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of backend features. Work within Agile methodologies and participate actively in sprint planning and code reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Proficiency in database schema design, indexing, and optimization. Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative coding practices. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability. Nice to Have: Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
