- Company: Search My Property Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Job Description Search My Property is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in real estate. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and pricing strategies. Analyze property valuations, rent rolls, financials, and commercial leases to assist clients in making informed decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including asset managers, developers, and investors. Ensure accurate and updated data management related to property listings, client inquiries, and transactions. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and client base. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate consulting is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
