Roles and Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunity and build relationships with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong consistent relationships with existing clients. Manage sales pipeline and execute AOP. Analyse market and establish competitive advantages. Track metrics to ensure success and growth. Explain benefits of various services create new opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and meet revenue Targets. Do market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute market strategies and campaign. Lead the sales and customer on boarding process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting proposals, setting up expectations and closing deals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Ability to understand and capitalized technical advantages of PFT.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or higher
Experience Required:
7-8 years experience in business development, sales, in Media Industry with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
