- Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Amadora Ice Cream Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time About Amadora Ice Cream Amadora is a pioneer in artisanal ice cream, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer experience. As we expand our presence across multiple cities, we are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, drive profitability, and support our growth in the QSR and retail segment. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and support expansion. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cost control measures across all Amadora outlets and central operations. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, P&L analysis, cash flow management, and ensure compliance with GST, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Cost Control & Margin Improvement: Analyze food costs, operational expenses, and pricing strategies to enhance overall profitability. Investment & Expansion Support: Conduct financial feasibility studies for new store openings and business expansions into new markets. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships to optimize financial health. POS & ERP Integration: Work with technology teams to integrate financial reporting with POS and operational systems. Internal Controls & Audits: Implement and maintain robust internal controls, audits, and financial best practices. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team to drive efficiency and financial discipline. Qualifications & Skills CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in QSR, F&B, or retail. Strong knowledge of restaurant P&L management, cost control, and financial planning. Experience managing multi-location financial operations and working with ERP/POS systems. Expertise in GST, taxation, regulatory compliance, and internal audits. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.,
