- Job Description: Business Analyst & MIS Executive Data Integration and Dashboard Creation Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst & MIS Executive with expertise in data visualization and process integration. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating business processes, reconciling data from multiple sources, and developing a unified dashboard that consolidates data from various platforms (Power BI, Google Sheets, and other electronic/digital processes). Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, bridging gaps in reporting systems, and delivering valuable insights to stakeholders through visually compelling and actionable dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration & Process Streamlining: Identify and analyze gaps in data collection and reporting processes, and develop solutions to integrate various data sources seamlessly. Work closely with cross-functional teams to reconcile data extracted from different platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and other digital processes). Facilitate the alignment of data processes between departments and ensure smooth data flow between systems for accurate reporting. Design and implement a centralized digital process that integrates data from multiple platforms into a cohesive system. Data Visualization & Dashboard Creation: Develop visually compelling and interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time insights and decision-making tools. Create customized reports and visualizations that highlight key metrics and business performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. Consolidate data from Google Sheets, ERP systems, and other digital tools into one unified dashboard for ease of access and real-time reporting. Regularly update dashboards to reflect business trends, performance, and operational changes. Reconciliation & Data Accuracy: Reconcile discrepancies in data extracted from various sources and ensure consistency across different systems. Develop strategies and workflows to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, leading to reliable MIS reports. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, reconciliation, and integration. Identify root causes of data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity. Reporting & Data Analysis: Produce detailed MIS reports and visual analytics that provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making. Perform in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide insights into business performance through data-driven reporting, enabling informed decisions across departments. Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of data from various platforms. Provide training and support to teams on using dashboards and interpreting data visualizations to drive business outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting data-related issues and providing solutions for improved reporting. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with trends and advancements in data visualization tools, Power BI, Google Sheets, and digital process automation. Propose and implement new techniques for automating and optimizing data reconciliation and visualization workflows. Regularly review and enhance existing dashboards, ensuring they reflect changing business needs and evolving data sources. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, MIS Executive, or Data Analyst with a focus on dashboard creation, data reconciliation, and process integration. Strong experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data integration techniques (e.g., SQL, API, ETL processes). Strong understanding of business processes and data management practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with process automation and integrating multiple digital systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets). Experience with creating dynamic and interactive dashboards for business reporting. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, or similar tools to automate data processes. Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques and scripting languages (e.g., DAX, Python, R) is a plus. Certification in Business Analysis or Data Analytics (e.g., CBAP, Power BI certification) is desirable. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment for extended hours. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
