Streamline and oversee onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires by coordinating with stakeholders across departments. Maintain and manage comprehensive, up-to-date employee records, including performance metrics and professional development plans. Plan and facilitate training and upskilling programs, focusing on compliance, leadership development, and employee engagement. Drive continuous improvement efforts to modernize HR operations, leveraging technology and data-driven insights for decision-making. Act as an HR business partner, providing strategic support to leadership for workforce planning, performance management, and employee retention strategies. Essential Attributes Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of managing confidential information with integrity and discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
