Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Revenue Management team. This role is integral to driving the revenue strategy and optimising portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities 1.Project Management: - Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives and monitor their impact. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations 2. Support Revenue Strategy: - Assist in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and market share. - Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour to inform pricing and distribution strategies. 3. Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to align revenue strategies with overall business goals. - Provide training and support to team members on revenue management best practices and tools.
