- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enterprise Portal IT Program Manager to lead and oversee our organization's global enterprise portal initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing large-scale global IT programs related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise portals. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of enterprise portal programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report on the progress of programs to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a unified approach to program delivery. Technical Expertise Possess a strong understanding of enterprise portal technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of portal solutions. Quality Assurance Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable portal solutions. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of implemented programs. Risk Management Identify and manage risks associated with program delivery, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Proactively address issues and challenges to minimize impact on program timelines and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (15+ years) as an IT Program Manager, specifically in enterprise portal development and implementation. Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules. In-depth knowledge of enterprise portal technologies, content management systems, and related frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,
