Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role Proven experience managing teams of software engineers, ideally in a fast-paced or agile environment Experience with Java, Azure/AWS, Spring boot, microservices, Elastic Search, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies (terraform, Azure Blob, Azure functions, AKS) and scalable architecture Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and guide team members through complex challenges Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with distributed systems and/or complex architectures Experience with performance tuning, large-scale data processing Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes) Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy regulations Apply Internal Employee Application Locations Primary Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN,
