- Company Description A&W Engineering Works mission is to develop innovative medical devices. We develop the entire system from front-end sensor to back-end application, and the entire analog, digital signal processing, and algorithmic data and control paths in between. Our team has expertise in hardware and software specific to medical devices that runs both deep and wide. We tackle hard to solve medical problems by bringing unique innovative development techniques for fast prototyping to deliver a quick proof of concept, all the while preparing the underlying path to production. Currently, we are developing medical devices for pediatrics, diagnosing cancer, ultrasound imaging, bio-function monitoring, and others. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Prosthetics and Orthotics Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell prosthetic and orthotic devices, understanding customer needs, providing technical information about products, and maintaining relationships with clients. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry Strong understanding of prosthetics and orthotics products and their applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently in the field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Technical proficiency to provide detailed product information Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events,
