About the Company - We are setting up the early team and the CEO has a track record of successfully scaling and selling businesses in SAAS industry. About the Role - Working together with the CEO, you will be spearheading the technical requirements, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. An idea and execution are two fundamentally different things, you should be a self-motivated, hungry and ambitious individual able to oversee the technical side to building a Tech/AI centric Mega-Company. A strategic thinker, an effective communicator and business-orientated able to build on what is currently there. Responsibilities - Partner with CEO on Technical and Product Roadmap. Drive architecture decision-making ensuring a stable, good quality scalable product. Build out tech stack, and initial hiring. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity. Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements. Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. Required Skills A self-starter with a problem-solving aptitude who can get stuck in and deliver results. Experience working in AI / Data platforms would be added advantage. Startup experience is must. Strong technical knowledge and strategic thinking, to go hand in hand with a good business acumen. A builder of things; a visionary able to take something from idea to fruition building truly engaging products. Strong full-stack developer (mobile and web) and architecture. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,
