- Job Description: Head of Design (Individual Contributor) Company: Heurist AI Location: Remote Type: Full-time About Heurist AI Heurist AI is pioneering decentralized AI inference, creating products that redefine how AI is developed and applied. We are looking for a talented Head of Design who can manage the full scope of design work, from UX to UI, and deliver results that push our products to the next level. Youre a designer who can work across the entire product spectrum and transform concepts into polished, impactful designs. What You'll Do As the Head of Design, you'll be deeply involved in every step of the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation. You'll work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive and aesthetically powerful designs that solve real problems. You will: Design & Build: Own the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation, ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms. Collaboration: Work with engineers and product teams to deliver functional, user-centered designs. Youll play a key role in bridging the gap between design vision and technical execution. Prototyping & Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct user testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions. Creative Innovation: Constantly seek out new design trends, tools, and approaches to refine and enhance Heurist AIs visual language. What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, with an impressive portfolio that highlights your ability to execute. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools, with an understanding of how to design within technical constraints. A keen sense of user experience and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions. Passion for AI and technology, and a desire to design products that stand at the intersection of innovation and user needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to align design decisions with broader product goals.
