- Job Title: Project Manager Company: WEA Designs Private Limited Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: WEA Designs Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute design and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage procurement and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Handle project documentation, contracts, and reports. Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure team productivity. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in project management Minimum - 4 yrs, preferably in the design, construction, or interior design industry. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.,
