Strong understanding of web development principles, best practices, and architecture. Demonstrated ability to create custom themes for WooCommerce is highly desirable. Leadership skills with a track record of guiding and mentoring development teams. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
