Company has accilirated with many various National and international awards and appreciation plaques fro Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Company Secretary at AJOONI BIOTECH LIMITED in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Group Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the company's corporate governance and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.of RO This role involves overseeing board meetings, maintaining company records, and advising the board on corporate governance matters. Qualifications Legal Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory Knowledge of ROC,SEBI AND OTHRR REGULATORY BODIRS. Experience in overseeing board meetings and maintaining company records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretaryship.,
