Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Company Secretary & Merchant Banking Executive at Identize Corporate Advisors LLP in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting companies in structuring and documenting corporate and commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory processes, and providing expert guidance on various business activities. Qualifications Company Secretarial skills and experience Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation Merchant Banking expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certification in Company Secretaryship or Merchant Banking is a plus,
