Job Description

    Key Responsibilities As the Head of Growth & P&L, you will play a critical leadership role, driving business expansion, profitability, and brand strength. Your responsibilities will include: Growth Strategy & Execution Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve INR 100 Cr+ annual run rate and sustain exponential growth. Drive user acquisition and retention strategies to grow the active user base and enhance customer lifetime value. Formulate a city expansion plan, identifying and prioritizing high-potential markets, ensuring rapid yet sustainable scaling. Build a framework for launching new cities, covering market entry strategy, operational setup, and scaling timelines. Monitor and improve key growth metrics such as order volume, user engagement, market share, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Product and Tech teams to deliver a seamless user experience that drives growth. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap for scaling new stores, launching in new geographies, and maximizing existing city level business. Define and implement strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Act as a key member of the leadership team, influencing overall business direction and strategic decisions. Assortment & Merchandising Excellence Shape city-specific assortment strategies to cater to diverse customer preferences while optimizing inventory turnover and profitability. Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure best-in-class product availability and pricing. Market Intelligence Lead advanced market research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive landscape changes. Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and product innovations. P&L Ownership Take full ownership of the P&L, ensuring cost-efficiency while achieving topline and bottom-line targets. Manage the end-to-end marking budget for Quick commerce business Maintain customer acquisition cost and Customer retention cost Brand Building & Marketing Leadership Architect impactful marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. Spearhead high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, and events to establish the company as a leading brand in the quick commerce space. Team Development & Leadership Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across growth, marketing, and operations functions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the organization. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with other functional heads (e.g., Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Act as the face of the company with external stakeholders, including investors and partners, to communicate growth vision and strategy. P&L Expertise: Extensive experience owning and driving P&L performance with a strong focus on profitability and unit economics. Strategic Thinker: Capable of crafting and executing long-term growth strategies while staying agile in a dynamic market. Collaborative Team Player: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across all levels. Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into action.
