- Job Description: Product Trainer Position Title: Product Trainer Department: Learning & Development / Training Reports To: Training Manager / Head of Learning & Development Job Overview: The Product Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to the company's products. This role involves creating educational materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that employees and customers have a clear understanding of the product features and benefits. The Product Trainer will collaborate closely with product development teams, sales teams, and customer support to ensure that the training materials are up-to-date and relevant. - Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business, Education, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Experience: 2+ years of experience in product training, instructional design, or a related field. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training tools. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Product Expertise: Strong understanding of the companys products, services, and industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and familiarity with training software and tools. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel for in-person training sessions or events (if required). Certification in training or instructional design (optional but preferred). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Successful completion of training sessions and program feedback. Increased product adoption and customer satisfaction scores. Improvement in employee or customer knowledge as demonstrated through assessments.
