- Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Software Developer located in Delhi, India. The Software Developer will be responsible for Back-End Web Development, Front-End Development, Software Development, Full-Stack Development, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Language Skills Needed: Proficient in: Python (Must Have) JS Node JS Git SQL / NoSQL Experience in below Frameworks: Django Flask FastAPI Functional: Domain is Securities Trading Knowledge in Derivatives Trading (Index Options) is a plus. Qualifications Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills Front-End Development and Full-Stack Development skills Experience in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Roles & Responsibilities Full-Stack Development Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python, JavaScript, and Node.js. Implement both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration. Back-End Development Develop robust and scalable APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Optimize database queries for performance in SQL/NoSQL databases. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Front-End Development Build interactive and responsive UI components using JavaScript and modern frameworks. Ensure a seamless user experience through effective use of CSS, HTML, and front-end frameworks. Database Management Design and manage relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms. Version Control & CI/CD Manage codebase using Git and collaborate via version control tools. Set up and maintain continuous integration (CI) and deployment pipelines (CD). Trading Domain Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory) Work with securities trading applications, focusing on derivatives trading (Index Options). Develop solutions that integrate with market data and trading APIs. Performance Optimization & Debugging Identify bottlenecks in the system and implement performance improvements. Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including traders and business analysts. Clearly document code and technical processes for future reference. Security & Compliance Implement security best practices to protect sensitive trading data. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.,
