Key Responsibilities: Handle high-value Capex and Opex purchase requisitions and efficiently convert them into purchase orders (POs). Evaluate techno-commercial offers from competitive suppliers to ensure optimal procurement decisions. Execute Letters of Intent (LOI), business awards, purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and definitive agreements. Leverage expertise in high-value Capex/Opex procurement across key categories, including: Equipment & MRO Tooling & Fixtures Industrial Automation Manufacturing Process Equipment Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Utility Equipment Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly in high-value Capex and Opex categories. Strong understanding of techno-commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations. Familiarity with procurement processes, contract execution, and vendor management. Ability to handle complex procurement scenarios for industrial and manufacturing requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
