Role Description Position: Advertising Sales Executive (News Ad Sales/Space Selling) Location: Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling advertising space across our television and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media sales, a strong understanding of the advertising market, and excellent relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, agencies, and organizations, to sell advertising space on Swadesh News Channel's television and digital platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate advertising contracts and ensure timely execution. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Understand and explain the value proposition of advertising on Swadesh News Channel. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in the media industry (television, digital, print). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the advertising market and media buying process. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
