- Job Description: .NET Fullstack Lead Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using .NET Core/Framework for the backend and Angular(Optional) for the frontend. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures. Ensure adherence to clean coding standards, best practices, and design patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, CQRS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization. Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering growth and skill development. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Technical Expertise Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend logic using C#/.NET Core. Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular and HTML/CSS/TypeScript. Integrate with cloud services such as Azure and databases like SQL Server/MongoDB. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications. Qualifications And Skills Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software development. 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role. Technical Proficiency: Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core/Framework, Entity Framework, Web APIs. Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Cloud: Experience with Azure/AWS services and cloud-native development. Database: Proficiency in SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB). Tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI-CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY) and architectural patterns UML, C4 Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with performance optimization and scalability improvements. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate,
