Job Description

Urgent Requirement for Garments High Fashion Export House located in NoidaProduct Development / Merchandising Manager High Fashion Export Housei) Lead and oversee the sample development process, ensuring precision and adherence to design expectations.ii) Manage the end-to-end merchandise planning process, including costing and pricing strategies.iii) Collaborate closely with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery.iv) Work with embroidery artisans and manufacturers to develop intricate hand and machine embroidery pieces.v) Ensure all developments align with international high-fashion standards and trends.vi) Lead and mentor a team of merchandise coordinators and assistants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Minimum 15 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 5 years in a Department Head role.Extensive experience in hand and machine embroidery garments. Strong costing expertise with a deep understanding of pricing structures.
