Job Description

The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and selection process Administer employee onboarding, training, and development programs Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Maintain HR records and generate relevant reports Qualifications Bachelors &/or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Location: Evolve Back Corporate Office, Bangalore,
