Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Oversee the purchasing process from sourcing to delivery. Must have relevant recent experience in "In-House" procurement. Negotiate with vendors to secure best outcomes for the company. Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Contract Management. Vendor Relations: Identify and maintain relationships with all major suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and address issues as needed. Cost and Budget Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities. Analyze market trends for better purchasing decisions. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of transactions and contracts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand and fulfil procurement needs. Cross functional collaboration. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spend analytics and vendor performance. Key Competencies: Experience of 8+ years and dealing with both IT and NON-IT products and services. Good knowledge of procurement processes, best practices and market trends. Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiations & management and cost optimization. Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of achieving outcomes. Good communication, analytical, vendor management, problem-solving and organizational skills. Ethical and results-driven approach. Good reporting skills.,
