Job Description

1.Coordinating with all the concerned Consultant and Vendors at the time of designing.

2.DBR review&finalization of structural parameters.

3.Tender drawingsreview.

4.Value Engineering-Cost optimization.

5.Review of structural analysis model for confirming member sizes for Tender.

6.Review of Design Calculations.

7.Investigation of soil report and formulate optimum foundation System.

8.Structural inputs during Concept, Schematic Stage.

9.Periodic site visit to ensure structural works are executed per designplan.

10.Review Topography survey and formulate most suitable strategy for land development.

11.Validationand reviewof tender BOQ, quantity verification.

12.Guiding site Engineer of the design intent to be followed during execution of structural works.

Required Candidate profile

1.BE / B.Tech- Civil full time with min 12+ years of experience in structural engineering.

2.ME/ M.Tech- Structure preferred.

3.Should have experience in leading real estate/developer companies.
