Job Description
- Responsibilities We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in project management and Agile methodologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of technical projects. The main responsibilities of the role include: Leading and managing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking project progress against these plans. Identifying and managing project risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and objectives. Conducting regular project status meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Implementing Agile methodologies and best practices to drive project success and continuous improvement. Mentoring and coaching team members on Agile practices and principles. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with certification in Agile or Scrum preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering technical projects. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
