Job Title: Civil Project Manager Reports to: Senior Project Manager/Director of Operations Job Summary: The Civil Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines. 2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. 3. Site Management: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. 4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. 5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are taken to minimize potential impacts. 6. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and monitoring progress. 7. Communication: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective issue resolution. 8. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 7-15 years of experience in civil engineering project management. 3. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent. 4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations. 5. Software Skills: Proficient in project management software Project Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's Degree: BE Civil 2. Management Professional (PMP) certification. 3. Industry Experience: Experience working on large-scale civil engineering projects, such as highways, bridges, or buildings. 4.
