    Job Title: Sales Head Location: Odisha (Bhubaneshwar) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to drive the marketing and sales of container glass products in Eastern India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in selling to large customers such as FMCG companies, liquor and beer manufacturers. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the product development cycle, approval processes, issue resolution, long-term sales contracts, and the commercial dynamics of commodity glass products for capacity utilization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth in the container glass segment, ensuring an optimal product mix that balances long-term supply contracts with tactical sales to maximize capacity utilization and price realization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in FMCG, liquor, and beer industries. Work closely with customers and internal teams to manage the product development process, ensuring smooth approvals and issue resolution. Negotiate and secure long-term sales contracts with key accounts. Identify opportunities to optimize capacity utilization through strategic sales of commodity glass products. Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to align sales with operational capabilities. Ensure timely execution of orders, maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction. Drive pricing strategies and commercial terms in alignment with company objectives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on container glass or related industries. Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and closing long-term contracts. Deep understanding of product development, approval processes, and issue resolution. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze market dynamics and implement strategic sales initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern India. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in selling glass packaging solutions. Established network within FMCG, liquor, and beer sectors, including leaders in procurement and operations functions of target companies Experience in managing commodity product sales to optimize production capacity. Knowledge of export markets will be a plus. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications and target achievement.,
