Job Description: Overseeing technical flow of information within and outside the organization Understanding client requirements and providing technical specifications to satisfy their requirements. Oversee team operations and assign team at sites for after sales services Give technical training on products(machine/hardware/integrated lighting and smoke vent solutions) to team members. Follow timelines for product specifications submission. Lead technical design and new product development within the organization. Resolving customer complaints within 15 days of opening of complaint. Inter department coordination for smooth functioning of the technical team. Customer complaint resolution and visiting customer sites frequently.
