General information Operating Area : Automotive Aftermarket IAM / EMS / Small Series Key Responsibilities Starting the business of independent aftermarket and estabilising the same. Responsible for the go to market activites. Understanding of the potential products / market requirement and get the product information. Get to know the Pricing, market dynamics & suggest the right price, right market requirement. Responsible for the customer interaction. Market data understanding and benchmarking with competition. Coordination for Training & liasoning with Engineering / Application team for right information. Liasoning with all the stake holder to ensure the availability of products/facilitating sales, by support in production planning, Support to SCM team and operations team for varios topics. Support the sourcing of products and benchmarking as well as product field testing. Launching the product with right pricing, updating the price in system time to time. Studing the product mix and sales mix, thereby analysing the trends. Developing the sales and service network and related activities, liasoning with the customers and being the first point of contact. Raising new customer request, ensuring right documentation. Being a team player there by co-ordination with various departments and ensuring the requirements and guidelines are adhered to. Generating supplimentary invoices and reconciliation with customers. Finding new business opportunities and converting them. Support in EMS by co-ordination with various department in order to manage the ongoing business.
