- About the job Blockchain Senior Developer - | Skills | Year of experience | Remarks | Weightage | - | Node.js/Golang | 4+ | Mandatory | 30% | | Hyperledger Fabric | 3+ | Mandatory | 30% | | MongoDB | 2+ | Good to have | 20% | | Containers & Orchestrations | 2+ | Good to have | 20% | - ************************************************************************************************ Blockchain Sr. Developer Candidates Self rating: 1) No of Experience Criteria should match based on JD asked (Experience should be more shouldn't not be less) 1) Node.js - 6/10 (Above 6 preferred) 2) Hyperledger Fabric - 6/10 (Above 6 preferred) 3) MongoDB, CosmosDB, AWS DynamocDB - (Any NoSQL Database ) - 4/10 (Above 4 preferred) 4) Containers (Docker Container) & Orchestrations (Kubernetes) - (Docker, Kubernetes DevOps knowledge) - 4/10 (Above 4 preferred) 5) Knowledge of other Blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Quorum - (Collect Self rating ) Example: 8Exp Overall Experience At least 5 years in Blockchain (Preferred min 4years) 3years Atleast NodeJS/Angular (Preferred atleast 3years) ************************************************************************************************ Job Description: Expertise in Typescript, Nodejs and Golang. Prior working experience in Hyperledger 2.x. Strong understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms and cryptography. Proficiency in developing Chain codes/Smart Contracts. Experience building front end applications using Angular. Proficient in MongoDB. Experience with Relation databases like MySQL, MSSQL. Write application code, smart contracts, and unit test cases according to the quality guidelines. Work across multiple teams, mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews. Co-ordinate with architects to produce technical designs. Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Git. Knowledge of design patterns and best practices. Document the development process, architecture, and standard components. Awareness of CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in Full Stack Development and Blockchain development. Knowledge of relational and Non-relational DB. Experience in Chain code Development for Hyperledger Fabric. Knowledge of Azure/AWS. Good To have: Any open-source contribution in the field of Blockchain. Any certifications or whitepapers. Knowledge of other Blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Quorum etc.,
