Job Overview iKeva is seeking a Junior Network Administrator for our Hyderabad location. This full-time position requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing network performance across our managed office spaces, effectively utilizing their expertise in networking. The role involves supporting our facilities by ensuring reliable network operations in line with our commitment to top-tier facility management. Qualifications And Skills Understanding of routing and switching technologies Sound knowledge about network troubleshooting with a strong problem-solving mindset to quickly resolve network issues. Knowledgeable about LAN/WAN technologies to maintain proper LAN connectivity. Good understanding of TCP/IP protocols. Knowledge of DNS and its functionality. Competent in Windows desktop operating systems. Good at basic Wi-Fi technologies. Being a trainable resource Roles And Responsibilities Aligning with the team and maintaining seamless LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity. Monitor network performance consistently to identify and escalate network issues. Providing basic L1 technical support and network troubleshooting for clients and the internal team. Coordinate with vendor partners for maintenance and procurement of networking hardware and software. Stay updated on the latest network technology advancements to enhance network infrastructure and services. Handling Windows operating system-related issues and printer connectivity issues. Handling ISP outages, reporting to the respective ISPs, and taking care of restoration of the services. Proper escalating issues to the next level.,
