- Job Title: ERP Functional-Product Consultant Location: Noida Experience: 8-10 years Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Support: Lead the configuration and implementation of various ERP modules, including P2P, MM, Order to Cash, Procurement, Discrete Manufacturing, and Manufacturing. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify process improvements and suggest solutions using ERP functionalities. Configuration & Customization: Configure ERP modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Customize workflows and reports as needed to meet specific business needs. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system. Provide knowledge transfer and support for users across various departments. Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure that all functionality is working as expected. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with technical consultants, project managers, and business users to ensure successful ERP system deployment and continuous improvement. Support and drive change management initiatives for ERP implementations. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 8-10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a strong background in P2P, MM, Order to Cash, Procurement, Discrete Manufacturing, and Manufacturing modules. ERP Systems Knowledge: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with popular ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Business Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes in procurement, manufacturing, order management, and supply chain. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement ERP solutions to address business challenges. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work under pressure. Project Management: Experience in managing ERP projects or initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives. Educational Qualifications: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. ERP certification in relevant modules is preferred. Additional Preferred Skills: Knowledge of S/4HANA (for SAP), or Cloud ERP solutions. Experience in Agile methodology and project lifecycle management. Experience with Change Management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).,
