This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and high-performance web applications. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with the team will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js for the back end. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Write clean, modular, and scalable code following industry best practices. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to power the front-end and back-end systems. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, QA, DevOps) to deliver projects on time. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development. Key Attributes 10 years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React.js) Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong client relationships. Client-Facing Abilities: Comfortable engaging with clients directly, handling requirements, and ensuring satisfaction.
