Job Description
- We are hiring 2D AutoCAD position, you want to focus on specific tasks related to drafting, technical drawing, and the application of AutoCAD software to produce precise 2D drawings for various industries like construction, engineering, architecture, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Create and Modify 2D Drawings: Utilize AutoCAD software to design, modify, and finalize 2D drawings based on client specifications and project requirements. Produce technical drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, schematics, and detailed drawings as required. Interpret Blueprints and Specifications: Analyze and interpret architectural, engineering, or construction drawings and specifications to create accurate 2D drawings. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations when producing drawings. Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with project goals and technical requirements. Assist in troubleshooting design issues, proposing design solutions, and incorporating feedback into drawings. Maintain Design Documentation: Keep detailed records of drawing revisions, notes, and project changes. Ensure that all drawings are stored in an organized and easily accessible manner. Quality Control: Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to company standards. Ensure that the drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications. Assist in Design Modifications: Make design changes and modifications based on client feedback or internal reviews. Prepare detailed revisions and updates to existing drawings as required by the project team. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of design work. Provide technical support to team members, assisting in troubleshooting AutoCAD-related issues. Adhere to Project Deadlines: Complete assigned drawing tasks within specified timelines and budgets. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple drawing assignments concurrently. Stay Updated with AutoCAD and Design Trends: Continuously improve AutoCAD skills and keep up with the latest design trends and technological advancements in the field. Assist in Preparing Presentations and Proposals: Provide drawings and visual materials for client presentations, proposals, and reports. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create visuals for bids and projects.
