- Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Administration & Office Management: Oversee housekeeping, office supplies, and facility maintenance. Ensure timely ordering and restocking of office essentials. Close the office at the end of the day and ensure security before leaving. Coordinate vendor management, repairs, and office fixes as needed. Accounts & Financial Coordination: Handle salary computation and disbursement. Prepare and share income vs. expense reports. Send TDS & GST details to auditors for compliance. Assist in managing trademark documentation and renewals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equalivalent Highly tech-savvy, with proficiency in accounting tools, spreadsheets, and digital workflows. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and handle daily operations efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
