Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US and Canada customers. Required skills* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer problems, analyse them, and solve them. Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's. Must be Punctual.
