Job Description

This job is provided by apna.co 1.Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers visiting the branch for gold loans. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently. Gold Loan Processing: Verify the authenticity and purity of gold before loan sanctioning. Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are collected. Sales & Business Development: Promote gold loan products to potential customers. Cross-sell other financial services such as insurance and fixed deposits. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation. Follow RBI and company guidelines for gold loan operations. Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and fraud prevention measures are adhered to. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction. Address customer grievances promptly and escalate issues when necessary.,
