In this role, you will be responsible for producing 70% high-quality copy across multiple channels, with the remaining 30% dedicated to shaping and executing content strategy for our tech, SaaS, and IT clients. Youll be a key player in delivering impactful communication that connects with audiences while driving client business results. Key Responsibilities: Copywriting & Content Creation (70%): Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy for a wide variety of deliverables including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, product copy, and advertisements. Write clear, persuasive content for both technical and non-technical audiences in the tech, SaaS, and IT space, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. Collaborate closely with creative teams to integrate copy with design, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across digital and print media. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and error-free delivery. Apply a storytelling approach to content creation, transforming complex technical concepts into engaging narratives. Content Strategy & Solutions (30%): Lead the development and execution of content strategies that align with client business goals, market positioning, and target audience needs. Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and client business performance to inform content strategies. Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other stakeholders to craft content solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. Innovate new content formats, approaches, and techniques to enhance client visibility and engagement. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights to optimize content effectiveness. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering creative and strategic guidance on content initiatives. Present ideas and strategies to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing their needs and business objectives. Collect feedback and ensure content is revised to align with client expectations and goals. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery. Quality Control & Consistency: Enforce rigorous quality control processes to ensure all content is aligned with client branding, messaging, and industry best practices. Review and edit content for clarity, tone, style, and accuracy, ensuring zero tolerance for errors and plagiarism. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and digital platforms, following best practices for content performance and engagement. Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior copywriters and content creators, supporting their growth and development. Share knowledge on copywriting best practices, trends, and techniques, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Lead by example, providing leadership and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze content performance across various digital channels, tracking key metrics like engagement, conversion, and traffic. Work with analytics teams to derive actionable insights and recommend content optimizations for improved performance. Skills & Qualifications: 5-8 years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work from digital and mainline advertising agencies. Deep experience creating content for the tech, SaaS, or IT industries, with a strong understanding of how to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Proven track record of writing for digital platforms (websites, social media, email, etc.) and traditional media (print, TV, etc.). Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices. Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
