Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Technology Service Delivery, Desktop and Application Support as per existing clients requirements and support future clients/new processes.

• IT SPOC for clients and Business
• Monthly process uptime reports & matrix
• Infrastructure uptime & availability.
• Monthly SLA measurement and reports.
• Fortnightly review meetings with Process head to analyze their problems.
• Implementation & periodic review of IT Policies.
• IT audits exposure, Data collection / reporting capabilities, strong Documentation skills etc.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems and lead the team to achieve SLA.
• To evaluate & try various software beneficial for Business.
• Provide prompt Support to resolve operational issues related to Data transaction processing systems and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Have a clear understanding of the IT Support function to serve the Customers (internal customers and external customers)
• Familiarization with Networks & System Best Standards & Practices.
• Experience in Managing and maintaining Desktop support.
• Expert in understanding of the System requirements
• Expert in System Trouble Shooting Knowledge
• Experience in call Logging service desk tools like Remedy, HPSM, Symphony etc.
• Good Level of analytical skills with planning and organizing ability.
• Good Communication Skills

Shift - 24*7(Rotational), 6 days - Work from office, 1 day comp off.
