Job Description

We are hiring Business Analyst (Banking - Financial Services)Domain for one of the CMMI Level 5 certified organization

Type: Permanent and Full Time

Notice Period: Any, But Immediate to 30 Days serving will be given 1st preference.

Base job Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai (Work from office - Hybrid)

Desired Candidate Profile

Primary skills

• 8+ years of experience in a financial services field
• Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently.
• Candidate should have exposure to various SDLC methodologies.
• Financial Service experience is a must viz. in banking products such as Card, payments, accounting , Fund Transfers, Client Reporting, Tax, Capital Markets.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Business Analyst certifications is preferred

Knowledge/Exposure in US taxes & accounting will be an added advantage.

Secondary skills

• Strong data analytical and modeling skills
• Good experience in understanding the requirements and converting/documenting them as a business requirement (both functional and NFRs)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Personable, collaborative, close attention to detail
