- Job Description: Marketing - Access Architects Key Responsibilities: Strategic Brand Communication: a. Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals. b. Identify key messages and target audiences for effective communication through market research / insighting. c. Develop and maintain a strong brand image and consistent messaging across all communication platforms. d. Organize and participate in events to foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Public relations: a. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers. b. Proactively seek media opportunities to increase our organization's visibility and positive media coverage. c. Evaluate and finalize the draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. d. In association with the PR agency, manage media events, including press conferences and interviews. e. Monitor and manage organization's online reputation and public perception. Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution: a. Develop and implement digital marketing strategy to promote brand visibility and engagement. b. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, email, and website, with the help of a digital marketing agency. c. Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize campaign performance. d. Collaborate with internal team to generate impactful abd SEO worthy content e. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights. Qualifications and Skills: a. Masters degree in marketing public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field b. 1+ years of work experience in a Maketing/Public Relations/Communication / Social media Manager role. (Bachelors degree with 1 years experience also could apply.) c. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. d. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms. e.
