Job Description
- Responsibilities 5+ years of experience into salesforce with end to end implementation Should have exposure towards actively participating in Discovery and solution design workshops Solution across broad application functionality, as well as technical topics such as reporting, integration, data, and administration. Writing user stories, acceptance criteria as per business needs Analyze business requirements perform gap analysis and root cause analysis Provide a good technical foundation to guide customers on the best way to design and implement the applications. Responsible for the final configuration and implementation of the intended solution Should have strong affinity towards leading / driving Solutions and help in Team Build Should have had exposure working in a Global Delivery Model (Onshore - Offshore) Proactively communicates the Changes / Improvements coming in the Salesforce space Actively strives to identify the opportunities for continuous improvements and paves the path accordingly working closely with Practice Leaders Should possess Strong Communication and Assertive Skills Collaborating with Project Stakeholders for requirement understanding Designing Technical solutions and workarounds for business requirements. Lead and manage a team of up to 15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes. Should mentor Juniors and handle training of new joiners. For assigned tasks, should formulate a proposed approach, plan - schedule and estimate effort to meet business objectives. Closely monitors progress against plan and ensures actions are taken to deliver according to agreed schedule. Allocates project tasks to make the best use of team members. Drives team to follow SFDC best : Business Analyst having 5+ years of overall experience. Good SFDC basics and customization experience Good communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge in SFDC development experience Should have experience working with sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Project Management and Team handling experience (ref:hirist.tech),
