WE BUILD NETSUITE & WEB APPS MOBILE APPS BUSINESS ANALYSTS 5 + years of Business Analysis experience Excellant documentation skills using Word, PPT, VISIO etc Should have good experience in ERP and CRM implementations. Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with users Attention to detail and capture requirements in large meetings and document them clearly for signoffs Strong phone and email communication skills. Should be able to communicate with customers in USA, Australia, Singapore etc Analyse current business processes and define new processes to improve our customers operating efficiency. Writing usecases, GUI mockups, Ability to reserach, validate and write product requirements for new apps. Ability to explain the requirements clearly to developers Develops training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas. Provides insight into ERP, CRM data to staff, managers, and executives. Should be a strong team player, ability to deliver on time with quality. Can-do attitude that is persuasive, motivating and encouraging to those around her/him Conduct project reviews, confirm the delivery of requirements as per client needs and get signoffs Participate in all phases of business cases with our customers (business needs analysis, project scope definition. cost/benefits analysis, risk assessment) Requires lot of travel to USA, UK, Australia, Singapore For detailed job description please request UnyKloud HR Department.
