- Location: Gurugram, Chennai Qualification Required: Masteer's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience Required: 5+ Years Responsibilities: Identify and target international markets for business expansion, conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enter new markets and expand market presence. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in target markets, establishing a strong network for business opportunities. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows, conferences, and industry events, to raise brand awareness and generate leads. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition. Stay updated on global business trends, economic indicators, and political developments that may impact international business operations. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA or relevant master's degree is desirable. Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the BIM Industry Strong knowledge of international business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics in target regions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term business growth and market expansion. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business targets and driving revenue growth. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment. Proficiency in business software and tools, including CRM systems and market research tools.,
