Job Description

Responsibilities Completely dedicated to the main customer-facing platform 10+ Years of Domain experience and expertise in Banking, FinTech and Real Estate Products Creating survey forms and designs to better understand the client requirements and Crafting User Journeys on the platform on all channels: Website + Apps Need to study various other platforms and competitor products to deeply research & understand the exact requirements of our customers and decisions on the features to adopt from the platforms and leverage our resources for execution Is responsible for building features on the platform and the prioritization of these features going Live, and end-to-end User Journeys Responsible for the product development life cycle and project management of the same Is a part of the Steering Committee and understands the needs, mission, vision, targets and KPIs of the business Is also responsible for the scalability and providing convenience to our clients to better our conversion rates and increase revenue regularly Business first approach, planning and designing wireframes, content slots and coordination with the Development and QA Teams for Delivery,
