Job description Position: Senior Business Development Associate (SR BDA) B2B Industry: Healthcare Experience: 4-6 years in B2B business development, experience in healthcare or insurance sector will be a plus. Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: B2B Partnerships with Insurance Companies and TPAs. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance companies to expand the companys service reach. Drive collaboration efforts to integrate healthcare services into insurance plans and packages. Conduct business negotiations and secure profitable agreements with insurance providers. Corporate Engagement and Collaboration: Develop and implement strategies to engage corporates for wellness programs, group health plans, and diagnostic services. Offer tailored healthcare solutions to meet the needs of corporate clients and their employees. Drive onboarding of corporate clients by presenting value propositions aligned with their organizational goals. Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate agreements. Nurture relationships with key decision-makers in insurance firms and corporates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, and marketing) to customize solutions for partners. Ensure smooth implementation of partnerships and address operational issues promptly. Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree / MBA preferred. Proven experience in B2B business development, with a focus on healthcare, insurance, or corporate sectors. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills in the B2B domain. Strong understanding of healthcare services, wellness programs, and insurance processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.,
